Study Details

The purpose of this study is to evaluate:

• The effect of the study drug on the amount of a single dose of midazolam (an approved sedative used to help people feel relaxed before medical procedure) that gets into the blood and how long the body takes to get rid of it.
• The amount of study drug that gets into the blood after single and multiple doses and how long the body takes to get rid of it.
• The amount midazolam and its breakdown product that get into the blood and how long the body takes to get rid of it.
• The safety and tolerability (side effects) of the study drug, when given alone and when given with midazolam

 Fortrea Dallas, TX is recruiting is recruiting for:

-Healthy Non-Smoking Males and Females, age 18-64

-Body Mass Index between 18-32

-Study involves 1 stay of 15 nights & 1 follow-up visit

-Compensation up to $8,651 may be provided for time and participation

-Refer a friend to receive $300 per qualified referral
