Volunteer No-Show Policy

Fortrea Clinical Trials will be starting a new no-show policy. If you need to cancel your screening appointment you must do so prior to your screening appointment by calling our Recruitment Center at 1-866-429-3700. You may leave a voicemail message if it is after hours. Any calls after your appointment time will result in a no-show status. Please also remember to call us if you are running late to your screening appointment so we can plan accordingly.

Below, please see the penalty for no-show offenses.

1st no-show

Our recruiters will call you to see if you would like to reschedule your appointment and remind you of our no-show policy.

2nd no-show

If you no-show a second time you will be sent an email informing that you that you may be restricted from participating in all Fortrea studies for 3 months.

3rd no-show

The third no-show for a screening appointment may result in a permanent restriction from all Fortrea studies.  You will be notified by email about your restriction.
 

Our goal is not to restrict you so please call prior to your screening appointment time if you are unable to make the appointment.
